Robert was born on October 21, 1966, to Sarge and Shirley Patterson. He was raised on motorcycles, as both of our parents worked for Bing Crowell at Crowell's House of Honda for many years. He has a sister, Marilyn, and a younger brother, Michael.
After Sarge, Shirley and Robert, he worked there too, left Crowell's Honda, our family opened Sarge's Cycles. We worked hard to make it a dealership that everyone wanted to come too. Sarge never knew it would become as large as it did. He passed away on Feb.25, 1997, and Robert took over at Sarges, with the help of his wife, Becky, Michael, Marilyn and the rest of the employees and the dealership continued to grow.
Through all of this Robert continued taking his boys, Cody and Jacob, racing. His daughter, Chelsea, even got to race a little too. Robert was loved by all, who knew him. He had an extended famiy at motocross tracks everywhere.
